Bowls in Hove..
We are a friendly club, with a thriving membership enjoying our excellent facilities on the seafront in Hove.
Bowls is a game that can be enjoyed by all ages and all levels of experience and we encourage everyone to give it a go.
Competitions & Leagues
The outdoor bowls season is well under way, with plenty of bowling activity taking place. This includes the Brighton and Hove District League and the Hove Mixed League. We also have friendlies throughout the season along with the internal club competitions, and a 'fun' drawn pairs competition every Thursday at the club.
Our ladies are additionally represented with entries in National and County competitions, as well as a couple of ladies-only friendlies.
All members are encouraged to play friendly matches with other clubs and we have places available in both the men’s and mixed league teams and county competitions if you want to play more competitively.

2026 Champions
Our Finals weekend is now complete, and contained some very high standard bowling, with lots of close matches. Congratulations to our latest club champions - plenty of new names to add to the trophies this year. Congratulations and commiserations to our runners-up too.

Our scheduled roll-up sessions are now finished for the season. Watch out for their return next year.
Bowls England "Club of The Year" finalist
Hove and Kingsway Bowling Club is proud to have reached the Bowls England Club of the Year final-four shortlist.
Although not being selected as the winner, achieving that milestone is an indication of how far we've come as a club in 2025, with more to come in 2026.
